Please take a few minutes to review the following information to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Check-In Instructions: Check-in Time: 4:00 PM Smart Lock Instructions Your personal access code will be the last four digits of the phone number associated with your reservation. To unlock the door: Enter your 4-digit code on the keypad. Press the ✓ (check mark) button to confirm. The door will unlock automatically. The door will lock automatically after 1 minute and 30 seconds. To lock the door manually when leaving the house, simply press the Yale logo button on the keypad. If you experience any issues accessing the property, please contact us immediately—we're always happy to help. Parking You may park your vehicle in the driveway in front of the garage. Please do not block the sidewalk, neighboring driveways, or the street. Wi-Fi Network: Dorado Vila Guests During Your Stay If you have any questions, need recommendations, or notice anything that requires attention, please send us a message. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible and are always happy to assist. House Rules To help us maintain the home for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following: No smoking or vaping inside the home. No parties or events. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please treat the home and its furnishings with care. Do not move indoor furniture outside. Please keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heating is running. Turn off lights, TVs, and other electronics when leaving the property. Pets are not permitted unless previously approved. Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly. Please help us conserve water and energy whenever possible. Trash & Recycling There are two garbage bins for household trash and one blue bin for recycling. Household trash: Please place the garbage bins at the curb on Monday evening for pickup on Tuesday morning. Recycling: Please place the blue recycling bin at the curb on Tuesday evening for pickup on Wednesday morning. Thank you for helping us keep the neighborhood clean! Check-Out Instructions Thank you for staying with us! We hope you had a wonderful visit to St. Augustine. Check-out Time 11:00 AM Before leaving, please complete the following: ✅ Lock all doors and windows. ✅ Turn off lights, TVs, and small appliances. ✅ Set the thermostat to 78°F (26°C) during the warmer months or 68°F (20°C) during the cooler months. ✅ Place all used towels in the bathroom. ✅ Please strip the beds you used and leave the sheets and pillowcases neatly folded on the bed. ✅ Load and start the dishwasher if you used any dishes. ✅ Take out the trash and place it in the appropriate outdoor bins. ✅ Double-check that you haven't left any personal belongings behind. ✅ Press the Yale logo button to lock the front door as you leave.
